Madeline “Maddy” Renee Reimer was born on June 6, 2005, at 9:17 p.m., a twin weighing 4 pounds and 10 ounces.  Maddy spent three weeks in the NICU due to apnea and upon coming home she developed a runny nose and cough. After what was thought to be a cold, Maddy returned home from a pediatric visit only to be airlifted to Chicago where the Reimer family was informed she had contracted MRSA.  The ugly virus had made it’s way into her bloodstream and was quickly affecting her lungs.  Madeline lost her battle to MRSA on July 22.  Each year we golf in her memory.
